Media Venting

Has anyone bothered to wonder about the downhill spiral that America is in and what the cause is? I think that the media is a huge cause of it. As a nation, we no longer care about our communities or our nation. Instead we are too concerned about ourselves. How does the media play into this? Well they focus on the bad things that happen solely for ratings and revenue. We see how tragic a few isolated incidents are and become fearful for ourselves and our families. People wonder why they no longer see kids playing on the street, it is because we are all so scared that our children will be taken away from us. In doing so, we disassociate ourselves from our neighbors, our communities, our nation. Media, I would like to thank you for all that you have done for us.
