Of diversity

I think that HR personnel should assign a number to all resumes and remove any reference to gender, age, or color. Age should only matter if it directly relates to the job (can't have a 16 y/o sell alcohol, now can we). Color, gender, sexual preference, and religion are all things that should not matter in the workplace, or even in our country. Unfortunately it is still a problem since the people make it a problem. Get over it, get past it, and move on. As a country we cannot succeed until we are ALL willing to move forward.
